Arena Racing Company at Wolverhampton Racecourse is seeking a casual Racecourse Services Team Leader. You will assist the Racecourse Services Manager with cleaning duties across the racecourse and the Holiday Inn hotel during racing fixtures and events.

Ideal candidates have previous cleaning and leadership experience, strong supervisory and communication skills, and the ability to lead a team both in person and over radio, coordinating with and supporting colleagues across public areas, offices

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning & Leadership experience is required for this role.
• The role requires the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
• Good communication skills, both in person and via radio, to coordinate with and support your team.
