Job summary

TGR Haas F1 Team is seeking a Composites team member based in Banbury, UK. The role involves bonding, trimming, and repair of composite components, plus jig maintenance and adherence to procedures. You will work with seasoned engineers to develop skills, support car builds, and participate in race-day activities.

Extensive travel to events is required with a focus on reliability, quality and continuous improvement in a fast-paced motorsport environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in composites manufacturing is desirable, from work, placement, or training.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and drawings updates.
• Motorsport background would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Composites department through bonding, trimming, and repair tasks.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety and engineering procedures.
• Build and maintain trim/bonding jigs aligned with drawings.
• Collaborate with the Composites team on workload and fault reporting.
• Ensure stock levels and compliance with Lifing/UIIL requirements.
