Job summary

Snyk is seeking an experienced Talent Business Partner Director to serve as the strategic people partner for our global R&D organization. You will advise senior leaders on talent strategy, org design, and how to scale high-performing technical teams while coaching managers and unblocking issues.

Qualifications

• Partner senior technical leaders as a trusted advisor on talent strategy and org design.
• Coach managers and leaders on performance, conversations, and team building.
• Operate across regions with a global, data-driven people program mindset.
• Design scalable structures for fast-growing engineering and product teams.
• Experience in sensitive employee relations and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic thought partner to R&D leadership on org design and workforce planning.
• Coach and develop engineering and product managers at all levels.
• Collaborate on organizational design, scaling, and restructuring to move fast.
• Lead sensitive employee relations matters with sound judgment across regions.
• Use people data to spot trends and make leadership recommendations.
• Drive participation in talent programs including compensation reviews and cycles.
• Identify and develop high-potential talent and plan succession with TA.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, TA, Learning & Growth, People Ops to align programs.
• Mentor other People team members and shape the broader function.
