Job summary

RX Global is seeking a Head Talent Partner to lead the Talent & Capability COE strategy for the RX business. You will partner with HR leadership to shape development initiatives that align with divisional priorities and performance goals.

You’ll drive leadership programs, coordinate talent reviews, and ensure initiatives are integrated into business outcomes with a data-driven approach. A strong track record in talent management and cross-functional leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, performance management and organisational development.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent strategies.
• Effective leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Working knowledge and experience with Workday

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement Talent and Capability approaches that support RX’s business objectives.
• Demonstrate commercial acumen and articulate the breadth and depth of RX businesses and key commercial drivers.
• Advocate and implement RELX leadership and development programs within RX, elevating manager capability and building a strong talent pipeline.
• Represent RX needs in RELX-wide T&C discussions and ensure high-value outcomes with a compelling RX narrative.
• Promote a culture of continuous growth using data to monitor talent initiatives’ quality and impact.
• Coordinate RELX Talent Review activities with business leaders and HR partners to identify critical positions and readiness.
• Drive a culture of feedback and recognition to drive business outcomes and employee experience.
• Manage the divisional training plan and budgets across categories of spending.
• Identify opportunities to drive high-volume administrative and autonomous tasks to Tier 0 and 1 support.
