Directive Consulting is a leading B2B marketing agency renowned for performance and measurable outcomes. The Associate Director of Talent Acquisition leads a small team of recruiters, owns high‑impact searches, and partners with executives to shape hiring strategy and operations.

You’ll drive recruiting excellence, build scalable processes, and continuously improve candidate and hiring manager experiences, reporting to the Head of People Operations. This role is remote.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in fast‑paced environments.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing recruiters.
• Experience recruiting for executive and specialized roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performing Talent Acquisition team and coach recruiters.
• Own full‑cycle recruiting from intake to offer, including executive searches.
• Partner with senior leaders to define hiring strategies for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines through networking, sourcing, and market mapping.
• Own Ashby ATS administration and optimize recruiting processes and dashboards.
