Job summary

Cint is seeking a Strategic People Partner in the UK to design and reshape R&D org structures, collaborate with engineering and product leaders, and translate AI-driven aspirations into actionable people strategies.

You will drive speed and impact by rebuilding HR systems, reducing bureaucracy, and focusing on outcomes over processes. You’ll thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and champion human skills like judgment, creativity, and collaboration.

• You’ve worked closely with R&D / engineering teams and get how things really happen.
• You’ve been part of meaningful transformation (not just polishing existing processes).
• You’re comfortable tearing down and rebuilding core HR systems when they don’t fit.
• You’re genuinely curious about AI and the future of work (not just repeating headlines).
• You’re proactive, sharp, and opinionated—you don’t wait to be asked.

Responsibilities

• Design the next version of R&D: Work with engineering and product leaders to rethink org structures, team topology, and ways of working in an AI-accelerated world.
• Cut through the AI noise: Translate “AI will change everything” into actual decisions: roles, skills, productivity, team composition. No fluff, just impact.
• Rebuild People products for speed: Performance, hiring, onboarding, merit, talent… take what exists and make it work for builders. Less bureaucracy, more signal.
• Bridge strategy and reality: Zoom out to define where we’re going. Zoom in to make sure it actually happens. No patience for strategies that live in slides.
• Build teams for what’s next: Identify future capabilities early and make sure we have the talent to match. Not when it’s obvious, but before.
• Upgrade leadership: Help leaders operate in ambiguity, make better decisions faster, and build teams that don’t burn out or slow down.
• Protect what makes us human: As AI scales, double down on judgment, creativity, trust, and collaboration.
