Job summary

Amazon.com, Inc. is seeking an Operations Lead/Supervisor based in the UK. You will be the first point of contact for team members, ensure adherence to processes, and help drive operational excellence across shifts. This hands-on role offers exposure to the tools and systems that power our ultra-fast delivery operations.

You will measure workflows, support training, and collaborate with multiple departments to solve issues and enhance safety, quality, and productivity on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Experience working with data analytics and using metrics to identify problems.
• Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
• Experience of stakeholder management including building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Experience in an operational environment such as logistics, retail, hospitality, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor workflows, track onsite performance, and provide shift information to frontline management.
• Support and train employees to deliver great service and supervise them in daily tasks.
• Assist the Shift/Area Manager with projects to improve processes, ensure safety, and boost engagement.
• Collaborate with other departments to address issues and support needs in key performance areas.
• Use data analysis to identify ways to optimise safety, quality and productivity.
