Nu Quantum in Cambridge, UK is seeking a Software Engineer to develop software for scientific devices, embedded systems and quantum network control. You’ll join the Software team working on firmware, GUI creation and automation of experiments, in an agile environment with scientists and engineers.

Essential skills include Rust or C++, microcontrollers, Python, and experience with source control, CI, unit testing, hardware-in-the-loop testing, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with compiled languages (Rust or C++) and embedded systems.
• Proficiency with Python and scripting.
• Familiarity with source control, CI, unit/integration testing, and hardware-in-the-loop testing.

Responsabilités

• Develop software for scientific devices, embedded systems, and quantum network control solutions.
• Create user interfaces and automate scientific experiments.
