Job summary

Verelogic Recruitment is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team delivering civil infrastructure projects in water and wastewater. You will contribute to financial control, valuations and contract administration across multiple sites.

You will work closely with Senior QS, project managers and site delivery teams to optimise margins, ensure compliance with NEC/JCT contracts and support successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Approximately five years’ experience in a commercial or QS role.
• Experience in civil engineering/construction and water/wastewater sector advantageous.
• Knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contract forms.

Responsibilities

• Measure works on site and from drawings; prepare valuations and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, CVRs and subcontract reports.
• Administer subcontract agreements and manage variations.
• Support procurement and payment processes with site teams.
