Qualifikationen

• Must have strong communication and numeracy skills.
• Experience on civil engineering projects is desirable.
• Proven ability to manage sub-contractors, payments and valuations.

Aufgaben

• Prepare Interim Valuations and Final Accounts.
• Procure sub-contractors in line with programme and policy.
• Administer sub-contracts including meetings, delays, variations and notices.
• Assess and pay sub-contractor applications and issue payment notices.
• Agree Final Accounts for sub-contracts.
• Measure quantities on site or from drawings as required.
• Evaluate variations and provisional sums timely.
• Make weekly payments to labour and plant where required.
• Control material costs.
• Produce internal valuations, sub-contract liabilities and cost value reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Site Agent/Project Manager to monitor progress and margins.
• Maintain good quality and accurate records.
• Identify/delay issues in liaison with QS line manager.
