Saxton Recruitment is assisting a major North American contractor to appoint a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor for Toronto. The role focuses on delivering D&B projects across Toronto, with a path to seniority and relocation support.

Candidates should have extensive experience on £25m+ projects, senior QS or Commercial Manager background, and a willingness to relocate to Canada. Excellent progression opportunities and a tax-free relocation package accompany the role.

• Develop risk register & key contractual obligations from Contract review
• Maintain excellent relationships clients, subcontractors and suppliers
• Develop and implement Change Management procedures
• Analyse bids from subcontractors and suppliers

Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to take your career overseas?

We are partnering with our client who is one of North America's major construction contractors ($4bn t/o) to appoint Design Managers to major deliver design and build projects across Toronto.

• Basic salary of $160K - $170K (£80K - £90K)
