Job summary

Saxton Recruitment LTD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to relocate to Toronto, Canada for major design and build projects with a leading contractor. This role offers a pathway to progression and international exposure.

The package includes a basic salary of $160K - $170K, a profit-related bonus of $10K - $30K, a tax-free relocation package of $10K - $20K, and a pension scheme with 6% matched. Relocation is required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience on large scale projects valued at £25m+.
• Experience as Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS.
• Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.

Responsibilities

• Review Prime Contract to determine obligations, liabilities and highlight risk.
• Develop risk register & key contractual obligations from Contract review.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and implement Change Management procedures.
• Analyse bids from subcontractors and suppliers.

Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to take your career overseas?

We are partnering with our client who is one of North America's major construction contractors ($4bn t/o) to appoint Quantity Surveyors to major deliver design and build projects across Toronto.

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Quantity Surveyor on D&B projects (£25m+) for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contactor.
