Job summary

Saxton Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for major design and build projects in Toronto. This relocation opportunity targets experienced QS professionals willing to move to Canada, with tax-free relocation package offered.

Responsibilities include reviewing Prime Contract, developing risk registers, maintaining client and supplier relations, and leading change management on large-scale £25m+ projects with Tier 1/Tier 2 contractors. Relocation support provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working on large scale projects valued at £25m+
• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS
• Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
• Willing and able to relocate to Canada

Senior Quantity Surveyor - are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take your career overseas?

We are partnering with our client who is one of North America's major construction contractors ($4bn t/o) to appoint Senior Quantity Surveyors to major deliver design and build projects across Toronto.

The Package

• Basic salary of $170K - $190K (£90K - £100K)
• Profit Related Company Bonus ($10K - $30K)
