Job summary

Our client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee major Design & Build projects in Toronto. The role involves contract review, risk assessment and strong stakeholder management within a leading contractor environment.

Candidates must have prior experience on £25m+ D&B projects and be willing to relocate to Canada, with visa/work permit support offered. Excellent progression opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Review Prime Contract to determine obligations, liabilities and highlight risk.

• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and implement Change Management procedures.
• Analyse bids from subcontractors and suppliers.

Senior Quantity Surveyor - are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take your career overseas?

We are partnering with our client who is one of North America's major construction contractors ($4bn t/o) to appoint Senior Quantity Surveyors to major deliver design and build projects across Toronto.

The Package

• Basic salary of $170K - $190K (£90K - £100K)
• Profit Related Company Bonus ($10K - $30K)

Responsibilities & Duties

Requirements

• Experience working on large scale projects valued at £25m+
• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS
• Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
• Willing and able to relocate to Canada

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Quantity Surveyor on D&B projects (£25m+) for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contactor.
