Job summary

Saxton Recruitment is partnering with a major North American contractor to recruit Senior Quantity Surveyors for design and build projects across Toronto.

The package includes a base salary of £90K-£100K, a profit-related bonus, a tax-free relocation package and a pension scheme. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Canada and have experience on £25m+ projects with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience on large-scale £25m+ projects.
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS.
• Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.
• Willing and able to relocate to Canada.

Responsibilities

• Review Prime Contract to determine obligations, liabilities and highlight risk.
• Develop risk register & key contractual obligations from Contract review.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and implement Change Management procedures.
• Analyse bids from subcontractors and suppliers.

We are partnering with our client who is one of North America's major construction contractors ($4bn t/o) to appoint Senior Quantity Surveyors to major deliver design and build projects across Toronto.

The Package

• Basic salary of $170K - $190K (£90K - £100K)

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Quantity Surveyor on D&B projects (£25m+) for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contactor.
