Job summary

Aureos Group seeks a Quantity Surveyor to support commercial delivery across projects. You will assist the commercial team to ensure profitability, cash management and accurate reporting of schemes, while working with contract delivery teams and site records.

Responsibilities include cost control, variations pricing, CVR forecasting and monthly performance reporting, with opportunities to develop knowledge of the business and participate in team planning.

Qualifications

• NEC experience in project delivery and reporting.
• Post-degree experience in construction commercial functions.
• Knowledge of construction industry contracts and CVR/forecasting.
• Proficient with Excel for cost control and reporting.
• Degree or equivalent education is required.

Responsibilities

• Input into the application and credit control processes.
• Support pricing of variations and income forecast.
• Assist with cost control, cash management and reporting.
• Prepare weekly cost-to-complete/budget reviews with delivery teams.
• Attend project progress meetings and assist with monthly financial reports.
