Job summary
Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Worcester office. The role covers pre and post-contract QS work on diverse construction projects, with opportunities for progression and MRICS support.
You will prepare cost plans, tender documentation, value contracts, and provide commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with Chartered Surveyors and clients across sectors.
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
- Experience delivering pre- and post-contract QS services.
- Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services.
- Prepare feasibility estimates, cost plans and budgets.
- Produce tender documentation and manage procurement processes.
- Evaluate tenders and prepare tender reports.
- Undertake contract administration duties across standard forms.
- Prepare interim valuations, cost reports and forecasts.
- Monitor project costs and provide commercial guidance.
- Negotiate final accounts and attend meetings.
- Develop strong client relationships to support project delivery.
