• MRICS qualification or in-progress is acceptable.
• Experience in a construction consultancy environment.
• Solid understanding of construction contracts and procurement routes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets across a variety of projects.
• Advise on procurement strategies and administer construction contracts.
• Perform risk assessments and implement value engineering techniques.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure cost control and accurate financial reporting.
