Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Warrington to join their Northern team. You will deliver pre and post-contract services across varied sectors and support cost planning, procurement and cost reporting.

The role offers hybrid working, typically one day from home, with strong progression opportunities. Ideal candidates will have experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction, with pre/post-contract exposure and the ability to manage workloads independently while

Qualifications

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a construction environment.
Pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying experience is advantageous.
Procurement, valuations, variations and cost reporting experience.
Ability to manage workloads and work independently when required.
Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across a varied project portfolio.
Assist with cost planning, estimating, tender documentation and Bills of Quantities.
Support procurement processes and the management of subcontract packages.
Prepare valuations, variations, cost reports and final account information.
Monitor project costs and assist with commercial reporting and change management.
Attend client, site and project meetings as required.
Work closely with Senior Quantity Surveyors while developing responsibility for own projects.
