You will handle commercial aspects from early procurement through final accounts, ensuring financial control, contractual compliance, and value across fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment schemes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' Quantity Surveying experience in construction.
• Experience with a main contractor is essential.
• Proven track record managing multiple live projects.
• Experience in fit-out or refurbishment projects.
