Job summary

Brandon James is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its Birmingham team. The role covers cost management and employer's agent services across industrial, logistics and manufacturing projects. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to drive projects forward while building strong client relationships and supporting junior colleagues.

This position suits a QS with consultancy or contractor background seeking progression in a supportive, collaborative environment. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• MRICS chartership or actively working towards.
• Experience in consultancy or contractor environments.
• Exposure to industrial, logistics or manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cost consultancy services across industrial, logistics and manufacturing projects.
• Support project delivery from feasibility through to completion.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver commercial solutions.
• Contribute to mentoring and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Maintain high standards of client service and reporting.
