Job summary

Brandon James is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Sheffield team. You will take ownership of project delivery, provide cost management expertise across a varied portfolio, and build strong client relationships.

The role involves advising on procurement, contracts and commercial strategy, with responsibilities spanning cost plans, cash flow, procurement and contract administration. Hybrid working arrangements are available and a competitive package is on offer.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field required.
• MRICS or working towards chartership is highly advantageous.
• Strong budgeting, financial management and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from concept through to completion with cost control.
• Providing expert advice on procurement, contracts, cost planning and commercial strategy.
• Taking ownership of project delivery across multiple schemes.
• Preparing cost plans, estimates and cost reports.
• Producing cash flow forecasts and financial reporting.
• Administering contracts, valuations, claims and final accounts.
• Managing procurement processes and tender analysis.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
