Brandon James is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join a Birmingham-based construction consultancy. You will lead projects from feasibility to final account, manage client relationships and help grow the Birmingham office while mentoring junior staff.

Hybrid working is available, with a competitive salary and extensive benefits. The role requires MRICS accreditation, a degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline, and strong cost management and procurement knowledge.

Qualifications

• MRICS accreditation is essential.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant construction-related discipline.
• Experience in a UK construction consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement and contracts.
• Proactive approach with ambitions to progress within a growing consultancy.

Responsabilités

• Leading projects from feasibility through to final account.
• Providing cost planning, procurement and contract administration services.
• Managing key client relationships and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Overseeing and mentoring junior Quantity Surveyors.
• Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities.
• Working closely with Directors to contribute towards the growth of the Birmingham office.
