You will lead cost consultancy across a varied project mix, with autonomy to manage client relationships and influence outcomes. Qualifications

• MRICS accreditation is essential.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience in a UK construction consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement and contracts.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ambitious to progress within a growing consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from feasibility through to final account.
• Provide cost planning, procurement and contract administration.
• Manage key client relationships and ensure project delivery.
• Oversee and mentor junior Quantity Surveyors.
• Support business development and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Directors to grow the Birmingham office.
