Brandon James Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Leeds office. You will manage full pre- and post-contract cost management across a varied project portfolio and own projects from feasibility through to final account.

You will mentor junior team members and maintain strong client relationships. This role offers hybrid working, a clear career path and exposure to high-profile commercial, residential and industrial schemes across West Yorkshire.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• MRICS status or working towards chartership.
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts.
• Experience delivering commercial, residential or industrial shed projects.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Cost planning and estimating across varied schemes.
• Tender preparation and procurement advice.
• Contract administration (JCT) and valuations.
• Variations and final accounts, with risk management.
• Client-facing reporting and stakeholder management.
• Mentoring Assistant and Project Quantity Surveyors to grow the Leeds team.
