Brandon James is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester team with travel across Lancashire. This role offers APC support and opportunities to progress toward MRICS in a supportive, diverse environment.

You will contribute to pre- and post-contract duties, cost planning, tender documents, and client liaison across public sector projects in the Manchester area and wider North West. Strong communication and a client-facing approach are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years' UK consultancy or client-side experience.
• BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Working towards MRICS chartership.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential).
• Willingness to travel across Lancashire and wider North West.
• Public sector project experience desirable.
• Strong knowledge of pre- and post-contract duties.
