Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a close-knit Manchester team working on high-end residential projects across the UK. You will play a client-facing role within a growing Cost Management group, supporting pre- and post-contract activities.

The ideal candidate has completed a Quantity Surveying degree with strong APC potential, private-client exposure, and a background in PQS/QS consultancy.

• Experience on prime/high-end residential UK projects.
• Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge.
• Client-facing role experience.

An emerging, close-knit Quantity Surveying Consultancy is looking to expand its Manchester team with the appointment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has worked on high-end residential projects in the UK.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will become part of a growing Cost Management team, supporting the successful delivery of high-end residential projects for private clients throughout the country.

The Quantity Surveyor shall undertake a client-facing role, supporting the delivery of projects at both pre and post contract stages while working closely with the client and wider project team.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Working towards completing APC Interview
• Minimum - completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• Prime / high-end residential project experience would be
• Strong Pre and Post contract knowledge
• Ideally experience with working for private clients
• PQS / QS Consultancy background and work experience
• Based in the NorthwestIn Return?
