Foster & May Limited in Manchester is expanding its experienced Quantity Surveying team. The appointee will support delivery of prime residential schemes for private clients, working across pre and post-contract stages and maintaining close collaboration with clients and the project team.

The role requires a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent, client-facing capability, and strong measurement/budget control. APC progress and Northwest-based candidate preferred; MRICS not required immediately.

Formación

• APC Interview in progress.
• Completed Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent.
• Prime/high-end residential experience preferred.
• Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge.
• Experience with private clients is advantageous.
• PQS/Quantity Surveying consultancy background.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of residential projects for private clients.
• Maintain client-facing communications throughout project stages.
• Work across pre- and post-contract phases with project team.
• Collaborate with client and wider project team to ensure delivery.

An award-winning Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to expand its Manchester team with the appointment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has worked on prime residential or broader residential schemes.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will become part of a dynamic and experienced Quantity Surveying team, supporting the successful delivery of residential projects for private clients throughout the country.

The new Quantity Surveyor shall undertake a client-facing role, supporting the delivery of projects at both pre and post contract stages while working closely with the client and wider project team.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Working towards completing APC Interview
• Minimum - completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• Prime / high-end residential project experience would be preferred
• Strong Pre and Post contract knowledge
• Ideally experience with working for private clients
• PQS / Quantity Surveying Consultancy background and work experience
• Based in the Northwest
