Job summary

Foster & May Limited, an award-winning, chartered quantity surveying consultancy, is strengthening its Liverpool area team by appointing an experienced Quantity Surveyor with prime residential project experience.

The successful candidate will join a diverse, high-performing Quantity Surveying team that delivers exceptional residential projects for private clients across the Northwest. You will take a client-facing role across Pre and Post contract stages.

Qualifications

• MRICS status preferred or working towards.
• Completed Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent.
• Experience on prime/high-end residential projects.
• Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge.
• Experience working for private clients.
• PQ S/ QS consultancy background.
• Based in the Northwest.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects at Pre and Post contract stages.
• Maintain client-facing liaison within the project team.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet project milestones.
• Assist with cost control and value engineering where appropriate.

An award-winning, chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to strengthen its Liverpool office by appointing an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience in prime residential or broader residential projects.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a diverse and high-performing Quantity Surveying team that consistently sets high standards in delivering exceptional residential projects for private clients across the Northwest.

The new Quantity Surveyor shall undertake a client-facing role, supporting the delivery of projects at both Pre and Post contract stages, while working closely with client's other team members.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS or working towards
• Minimum - completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• Prime / high-end residential project experience would be preferred
• Strong Pre and Post contract knowledge
• Ideally experience with working for private clients
• PQS / QS Consultancy background and work experience
• Based in the Northwest
