Rimkus Project Services UK is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to deliver commercial and contract advisory services for infrastructure and engineering projects across the UK. Hybrid working pattern with 3 days on projects or client offices and 2 days home working.

Ideal candidates have a recognised Degree in Quantity Surveying and 3–5 years of relevant project experience, with NEC3/4 contract experience and strong governance capabilities. Opportunities for APC development.

Qualifikationen

• A recognised Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• 3–5 years' experience on complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering NEC3/4 contracts and commercial governance.

Aufgaben

• Prepare tender and contract documents and analyze returns.
• Provide pre- and post-contract commercial support and contract administration.
• Support cost forecasting, change and value management.
• Review interim payments and contract variations.
• Assist with final accounts and client governance reporting.
