Job summary

MMC Recruitment invites experienced Quantity Surveyors to join a leading consultancy shaping the UK's infrastructure landscape. You will lead procurement, estimates and pre-contract strategy on major projects across healthcare, education, regeneration and public sector works.

We require a degree or HNC in Construction, 3–10 years' experience, strong contractual and commercial acumen, and a flexible hybrid working model. APC support provided to help you progress.

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC in Construction or related discipline.
• 3–10 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field.
• Strong contractual and commercial acumen.
• Flexibility for hybrid working and APC support.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, estimates, and pre-contract strategy.
• Manage the full lifecycle of major construction capital projects.
• Drive client engagement and negotiations for optimal outcomes.
