Job summary

A Senior Quantity Surveyor role based in Birmingham with a leading UK consultancy. The successful candidate will handle pre- and post-contract duties across infrastructure and utilities projects, including cost planning and dispute resolution.

Hybrid working is available, with opportunities to work on highways, rail and water schemes. Ideal candidates are experienced in infrastructure or utilities sectors and are or are working towards MRICS.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure or utilities sectors (highways/rail/water).
• MRICS progression or pursuing MRICS.
• Strong cost planning and dispute resolution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-contract duties across infrastructure projects.
• Provide robust cost planning, value engineering and cost control.
• Support delivery across highways, rail and water sectors in a hybrid office/onsite setup.
