Job summary

ReWork Recruitment Group Ltd in Southwark, London, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a small but forward-thinking consultancy delivering luxury Residential and Commercial projects. The role covers the full lifecycle from concept to completion, including tenders, cost planning and procurement advice.

You will act as the client’s single point of contact on exciting projects in London and the Home Counties, with hybrid working (3 in, 2 home) and APC support to help you achieve chartered status.

Qualifications

• MRICS or aspiring to MRICS.
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy in the UK.
• Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to completion.
• Contribute to tenders, cost planning, feasibility studies and procurement advice.
• Act as the client’s single point of contact on projects.
