Job summary

Rimkus Project Services UK seeks Senior Quantity Surveyors to lead commercial management on major infrastructure projects across the UK. The role requires collaboration with delivery teams, clients and contractors, with a mix of site and home working.

You will oversee cost control, NEC contract administration, and change management while guiding multidisciplinary teams toward value, risk mitigation and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Professional accreditation (RICS) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years relevant post graduate experience.
• Proven track record of commercial management of major infrastructure projects.
• Experience with NEC contracts and similar.
• Experience leading a commercial team delivering infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver successful commercial outcomes working with project delivery teams across the UK.
• Provide pre and post contract commercial support and contract administration.
• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets and financial reports.
• Monitor, forecast and report project costs and programme performance.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders for smooth delivery.
• Support NEC contract administration and commercial assurance.
• Manage contract changes with risk and value emphasis.
• Develop relationships with clients and project teams.
