Rimkus Project Services UK seeks Quantity Surveyors to join a team delivering commercial services for infrastructure, nuclear, oil and gas projects across the UK. The hybrid role combines project time on site with remote work, supporting blue‑chip clients and pre/post‑contract advisory.

You will contribute to cost forecasting, contract administration and governance, with APC development support and opportunities to progress towards RICS chartership within a collaborative, director‑led

Formación

• Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying.
• 3–5 years relevant project experience for Intermediate or Quantity Surveyor roles.
• Experience in infrastructure, nuclear, oil & gas or similar projects; NEC3/4 familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare tender and contract documents.
• Analyse tender returns and documents.
• Provide pre/post contract commercial support and contract administration.
• Forecast costs, manage changes and value.
• Review interim applications for payment and settle variations/claims.
• Assist final accounts and governance reporting.
• Support risk and value management for projects.
