Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the rail sector.
• Strong commercial management experience on live infrastructure projects.
• Good understanding of NEC contracts and rail project commercial processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day commercial functions of a live rail infrastructure project.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, valuations, and variation assessments.
• Administer subcontractor accounts, applications, payments, and final accounts.
