Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a close-knit Manchester team working on high-end residential projects across the UK. You will play a client-facing role within a growing Cost Management group, supporting pre- and post-contract activities.

The ideal candidate has completed a Quantity Surveying degree with strong APC potential, private-client exposure, and a background in PQS/QS consultancy.

Qualifications

• Completed Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent.
• Experience on prime/high-end residential UK projects.
• Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge.
• Client-facing role experience.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of high-end residential projects for private clients.
• Engage in pre- and post-contract activities with the client and project team.
• Coordinate with the cost management team to ensure project success.
• Prepare APC interview material as part of professional development.
