MCR Property Group in Manchester is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to deliver commercial and financial management on a high-end office refurbishment project within Greater Manchester. You will oversee procurement, cost planning, and monthly cost reporting from inception through to final account.

The role involves collaboration with Project Managers and fellow QS, regular site visits, and ensuring schemes are delivered within budget and programme with a focus on value engineering and stakeholder

Qualificações

• Minimum of three years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor across a range of project types, with strong focus on office refurbishments.
• Experience in developer, main contractor, or subcontractor environments.
• Experience across pre- and post-contract stages including cost plans, estimates, measurement for bills of quantities, tendering and procurement, value engineering, tender reporting, interim valuations, and final accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Own monthly cost reporting, financial forecasting, contract and subcontract packages, and management of variations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and fellow Quantity Surveyors to support commercial strategy and financial control.
• Conduct regular site visits for meetings, valuations and project reviews as required by project location.
