Job summary

Calibre Search is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a construction consultancy north of Manchester city centre. You will work on a varied portfolio including traditional QS and monitoring surveying, with a focus on residential schemes such as new build housing, refurbishments, build-to-rent, and high-end projects.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying (or be close to finishing), hold a full UK driving licence, and enjoy working in a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or close to finishing
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
• Local candidate preferred near Manchester

Responsibilities

• Work on traditional quantity surveying tasks and monitoring surveying on diverse residential projects
• Engage with a close-knit team to deliver projects including new build housing, refurbishments, build-to-rent and high-end schemes
• Support APC progression and professional development
