Qualifications

• 3–4 years post-graduate experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of construction contracts.
• NEC4 knowledge and civil engineering contractor experience are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support commercial management of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Assist with valuations, applications for payment, variations and final accounts.
• Procurement, management and payments of subcontractors.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts and CVRs.
• Assist with NEC4 contracts and compensation events.
• Collaborate with senior commercial staff and operations teams.
