Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for major civils projects based in Exeter. You will take commercial responsibility for circa £50m of projects and manage NEC contracts, cost reporting, and client negotiations.

You will work with design and delivery teams, mentor junior staff, and benefit from hybrid working, pension matching up to 10%, and a clear path for long-term career progression in the South West infrastructure market.

Qualifications

• Experienced Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering or heavy civils
• Strong NEC knowledge and cost reporting ability
• Subcontract procurement experience
• Relevant QS/Commercial qualification or construction degree
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
