Job summary

Versa Consulting Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of infrastructure, highways and civils projects across South Wales. The role covers commercial management, NEC4 administration and cost control.

You'll prepare payment applications, manage subcontract accounts and forecast costs, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and contribute to tendering and pre-construction where required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Experience on civil engineering, highways or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts, ideally NEC4.
• Proven ability to prepare payment applications and manage subcontract accounts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

An established civil engineering contractor is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of infrastructure, highways and civil engineering projects across South Wales. The Role

• Commercial management of multiple civils, highways and infrastructure projects
