Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Woking is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our regional main contractor team. You will handle projects from £1m to £13m across commercial, retail, education, healthcare and residential sectors, delivering procurement, valuations, and final accounts end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Construction-related degree or HNC required.
• Experience administering JCT contracts preferred.
• Must have full right to work in the UK.
• Live within commutable distance to Woking.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a regional main contractor based in Woking. The business undertakes design & build, traditional contracting, fit-out, and refurbishment projects across the commercial, retail, education, healthcare, and residential sectors. As a result of some recent project wins, they're now looking to expand their team with an additional Quantity Surveyor.

About the role of Quantity Surveyor:

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on a project valued between £1m - £13m.

Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:

• Manage subcontractors accounts on site, dealing with variations
• Manage monthly valuations and liaise with the client
• Deal with final accounts

Key Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position:

• Have a construction related degree / HNC
• Have administered JCT form of contract
• Must have the full right to work in the UK
• Must live within commutable distance to Woking
