Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Southampton is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a regional main contractor based near Ringwood, Hampshire. You will work on projects across commercial, industrial, retail and healthcare sectors, with a project value ranging from £250k to £6m.

The role offers a clear progression path, a solid pipeline of work, and a competitive package including a salary up to £68k and a car allowance. You will need strong experience in procurement, valuations and final accounts.

Qualifications

• Have a HNC / ONC or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies.
• Have around 7+ years of construction contracting experience.
• Have an understanding of JCT Standard and D&B forms of contract.
• Must have the full right to work in the UK.
• Must live within commutable distance to Ringwood, Hampshire.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a regional main contractor based in Ringwood, Hampshire. As a result of some recent project wins, they're now looking to expand their team with an additional Quantity Surveyor.

About the role of Quantity Surveyor
