Artifex Homes is a residential construction company based in Welwyn Garden City, we complete newbuilds, extensions, renovations and conversions all over Hertfordshire.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at ARTIFEX HOMES LTD located in Welwyn Garden City. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as pricing jobs, cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Cost Control and Cost Management skills
• Cost Planning and Cost Reporting skills
• Experience in quantity surveying or related field
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field

Two days a week in the office and three days working from home - this can be discussed in more detail at interview.

Pay will depend on experience.
