Job summary

Foster & May Limited in Preston are expanding their Quantity Surveying team. A motivated Quantity Surveyor is sought to work on a variety of healthcare, education and commercial projects, managing budgets and cost reporting across the project lifecycle.

You will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, current PQS experience, experience in the commercial sector, and pre/post contract knowledge; APC progression encouraged; hybrid working with salary £40,000-£50,000 and benefits.

Qualifications

• Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
• Previous experience within a PQS.
• Ideally experience within the commercial sector.
• Good Pre and Post Contract knowledge.
• Working towards taking APC or completed.

Responsibilities

• Involved in a diverse range of high-profile projects across healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.
• Oversee project budgets, costs and forecasts, providing accurate cost reporting.

A northern based, expanding Construction Consultancy is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join and strengthen their growing Quantity Surveying team in Preston.

The Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved in a diverse range of high-profile projects across healthcare, education, and commercial sectors, taking on a key role throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will oversee project budgets, costs, and forecasts, working closely with clients to provide accurate cost reporting and financial insight throughout each project.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• Previous experience within a PQS
