Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Ringwood, Hampshire, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a regional main contractor with projects across commercial, industrial, retail and healthcare sectors. The successful candidate will work on projects valued between £250k and £6m.

Key requirements include a HNC/ONC or degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Studies, around 7+ years of construction contracting experience, and knowledge of JCT and D&B forms.

• Must have the full right to work in the UK.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a regional main contractor based in Ringwood, Hampshire. The business undertakes projects across commercial, industrial, retail, and healthcare sectors. As a result of some recent project wins, they're now looking to expand their team with an additional Quantity Surveyor.
