Job summary

Foster & May in Oxford is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team. You will manage projects from pre-contract to post contract with a high degree of autonomy, servicing clients across religious, heritage, leisure, residential and healthcare sectors.

The ideal candidate holds a Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS accreditation) and MRICS, with a minimum of 3 years PQS consultancy experience and a valid car license.

• MRICS qualification.
• PQS consultancy experience: minimum 3 years.
• Car and driver's license.
• Pre and post contract experience.

Responsibilities

A close knit PQS Consultancy is seeking an independent and confident Quantity Surveyor to join their office in Oxford.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The Quantity Surveyor will be gifted the autonomy to run the projects on their own from pre-contract to post.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on a diverse range of project sectors including churches, heritage, leisure, residential and healthcare.
