Job summary

Foster & May, Oxford, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their forward-thinking Construction Consultancy. You will work on education, residential, healthcare and heritage projects, mentoring junior QS and delivering projects independently within a PQS/consultancy context.

The role requires MRICS or working towards, strong pre and post-contract experience, and a client-facing approach. A car and driving licence are also expected.

Role Overview

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on a variety of projects across education, residential, healthcare and heritage sectors.

They will be responsible for mentoring and training junior Quantity Surveyors, ensuring the team’s growth and delivering projects independently within a PQS / consultancy practice.
