Quantity Surveyor
Up to £55,000 p.a plus benefits

An opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a Leicester-based Residential Groundworks Business to operate within their expanding commercial team. The client, with an annual turnover of £100m, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to help expand the business. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and the Commercial Director to integrate into the commercial team and advance their career within this expanding and exciting Residential Groundworks business.

Salary: £32,500 - £55,000 DOE
Hours: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
Discretionary Bonus scheme
Annual leave: 23 days excluding bank holidays, increasing annually up to 5 years, and again at 10 years’ service

Company Car or car allowance of £840 pcm plus fuel cards

Open to strong assistant QS candidates ready to progress
Ideally, residential groundworks experience; however, applications with residential experience in related fields are also welcome.
